Blackwidow Company's Long-Range Surveillance Detachment (LRS-D) is looking for several soldiers who wish to become LRS-D for the Outfit. Now, before you jump up and say "Yes I want to join!". Becoming a Scout/Sniper in the LRS-D is more then just logging on and killing people.

In LRS-D we will be looking for people that:

* Enjoy teamwork in small teams.
* Can operate a Bolt Driver, and Enjoy it.
* Enjoy operating in conditions less then favorable
* Enjoy supporting squad efforts with medical equipment
* Enjoy operating AA equipment for other Task Forces
* Enjoy providing a recon element for the leaders

That list is just a small list of things that "might" tell us that you are a candidate for LRS-D.

First you must complete BWC's Basic Training program. Then upon graduation, you are eligible to join Task Force Commando's LRS-D team. We have our own training critiria that we follow, involving Close Quarter tactics, and operations of our equipment. We operate on a unique buddy system that involves daul Snipers, working in tandom.

Our list of Pre-Required Certs are as follows:

* Medium Assault
* Sniper
* Rexo
* Medical
* Advanced Medical
* Assault Buggy

We also require you to obtain the following badge:

We are a special Light Infantry force that utilizes tactics of ambushes and decoys over brute force. We implement Bounding Overwatch in a team atmosphere to its fullest.

Joining LRS-D is a responsibility that should not be lightly taken. Every LRS-D trooper is a leader.

Many times, LRS-Ds are asked to operate on Channel Commander, We train you in how to maximize your Teamspeak operation skills. We train you on all the tips and tricks to the Bolt Driver, and we Train you in tactics on how to out-smart the enemy Snipers, and what to look for when playing.

When you join our Ranks, one of your goals will be to earn the Master LRS-D Badge as seen below.

To earn that badge you must complete the 3 steps to the training program.

[*] Sniper/Scout Training Session II - Skyguard Training and Sniping.
[*] Sniper/Scout Training Session III - Marauder Training, Close Quarters and Sniping.

Now a Letter from a Sniper/Scout Master Sniper:

Hello Fellow BWC soldiers, our call to arms is for the benefit of many through the dedication of few. We are looking for teammates, to dual up with other teammates within our Ranks. Our Goal is to field around three, two man teams, on average.

I look forward to being able to practice tactics with those numbers, and to impliment team overwatch with those numbers. So if your a sniper, and want a bit of "Tom Clancy" play, we don't just snipe people many a times, we are asked to go in the back door as well. In which case we withour medium assault weaponry need to count on each others skills and implimentation of tactics to succeed.

Remember though, when you join us, you are making a committment to your fellow sniper/scout. You are making a commitment to me, or to Eversmann or to Zeque or the rest of the snipers... within our ranks.
We will not let you take the fire alone. We will be there for each others backs.
